Welcome to Peakle
These Terms of Use apply when you visit peakle.app or use Peakle’s browser game and related features. By using Peakle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. “Peakle,” “we,” and “us” refer to the service at peakle.app. Questions can be sent to support@peakle.app.
How the game works
Peakle is a trivia climbing game. In a Daily challenge, you answer that day’s topic; in Unlimited mode, you can choose an available topic and start another climb. The first answer establishes your starting point. Each later answer must have a strictly greater value in the scale shown for that topic. A repeated answer, a tie, or a lower answer ends the climb. Your score is based on the accepted steps, and the game shows values as you play according to its on-screen rules. Topics, answer pools, accepted names, values, and daily schedules may change as the game and its sources are maintained.
Peakle is for entertainment. Game data is assembled from the sources identified in the game where available. We work to keep it useful, but third-party sources may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, or revised. A score is a result under the current game data and rules; it is not an official ranking or professional advice.
Accounts and saved progress
You may play without signing in where the feature is available. If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Detailed game history and preferences are saved in your browser and are not automatically synchronized to your account. Completed-run summaries are stored on Peakle’s server to operate the public leaderboard. If you are signed in, the leaderboard may show your profile name and country/region; guest players are shown with a generated nickname. Clearing browser storage can remove your local history but does not delete a server-side leaderboard result. To request removal of an account-linked result, contact support. A result you choose to share may also be handled by the sharing app or service you select.
Fair use
Use Peakle lawfully and fairly. You may not:
- disrupt the game, probe or bypass security, or access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
- use bots, scripts, scraping, or excessive automated requests in a way that burdens the service or extracts its game bank;
- manipulate scores, exploit errors, or misrepresent your results as verified by Peakle;
- infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, or use Peakle to harass or harm others; or
- remove source credits, ownership notices, or other attribution displayed with game content.
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Peakle, its users, or its data, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.
Content, sources, and third-party links
Peakle’s name, branding, software, original artwork, and site design belong to Peakle or its licensors. You may use the game for personal, non-commercial play. Do not copy or republish substantial parts of the site, question bank, or artwork without permission or a license that allows it.
Some facts and reference values come from third-party sources. Those sources retain their own rights and terms; credits or links shown in the game identify them where available. Peakle does not claim ownership of third-party material. The site may link to external sources, sponsors, or affiliate partners. We do not control their services, content, or privacy practices. Sponsored or affiliate links will be identified where applicable.
Paid features and commercial support
Peakle may offer advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links, supporter options, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or paid game features. Availability may vary by location and over time. If a paid option is offered, its price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation or refund rules will be shown before you confirm checkout. Payment processing is handled by the provider identified at checkout, and that provider’s terms also apply. No purchase is required unless a feature is clearly marked as paid.
We may change or discontinue a commercial feature. Where a change affects an active paid entitlement, we will handle it as required by the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may update, correct, pause, or remove a challenge, category, feature, or data source to maintain the game, fix errors, respond to security issues, or comply with law. We aim to keep Peakle available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every challenge, answer, or value will always remain available. We may revise these terms; the date above shows the latest update. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. If a change materially affects you, we will provide notice where appropriate.
Disclaimers and legal rights
Peakle is provided for entertainment and on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that cannot otherwise be excluded and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
